Thursday Basketball Predictions

Thursday basketball predictions combine two habits on the calendar: a regular NBA slate, and EuroLeague rounds that traditionally use Thursday. They are different products. This page lists both when they fall on Thursday, and labels the league so you can tell them apart. The table lists basketball games for Thursday, 8 October 2026.

How to use Thursday basketball predictions

Thursday is the day EuroLeague readers and NBA readers collide. Keep the competitions separate even when they share a date.

Key terms

Search phrases and bookmaker labels for this market:

  • Thursday basketball predictions
  • EuroLeague
  • NBA Thursday
  • Home-court edge
  • Pace and totals

When to use this page

  • Following EuroLeague on a Thursday round
  • Reading the NBA slate that shares the date
  • Avoiding NBA totals logic on a EuroLeague game
  • Separating Thursday from Friday's second European night

Two competitions, one weekday

EuroLeague has long used Thursday as a primary round day, with Friday as the other. The NBA does not organise itself around that. A Thursday page that dumped both into one unspoken parlay would be careless. The table keeps league names visible.

Games shown here are dated Thursday. Friday EuroLeague ties, if that is when they are scheduled, belong on Friday basketball predictions.

How EuroLeague reads differ from the NBA

EuroLeague totals sit lower, possessions are more controlled, and home court in a loud arena can matter more than a casual NBA regular-season crowd. A spread built from NBA power ratings does not travel.

Motivation swings with the group table. A club already through can manage minutes. A club on the bubble plays the game in front of it. That context belongs in the note when we have posted a side.

The NBA half of Thursday

The NBA Thursday slate still needs the usual checks: back-to-backs, injury reports, and whether a national broadcast has pulled the price too short. Those games are basketball predictions, and they are not EuroLeague predictions with a different logo.

If you only want one of the two, filter with your eyes using the league group. We would rather show both on the correct day than hide a competition people came to find.

Thursday in the wider basketball store

The basketball store indexes every weekday plus today, tomorrow, and the weekend. Thursday is the page to save if EuroLeague night is your habit. Weekend pages cover the busier NBA Saturday and Sunday slates.

Football's Thursday page is about Europa and Conference League nights. It is a different sport and a different set of markets.

FAQ

Is Thursday always EuroLeague?
EuroLeague often plays Thursday, but the schedule can place games on Friday too. This page shows whatever basketball is dated Thursday.
Are Thursday basketball predictions free?
Yes. NBA and European rows on this page are free.
Should EuroLeague and NBA go in one parlay?
They can, and they are different scoring environments. Read each row's market. A EuroLeague total and an NBA spread do not explain each other.
Where are Friday EuroLeague games?
On Friday basketball predictions when the fixture date is Friday.
